Susan Maher, as Director of Barrett Capital’s Division specializing in financing major capital maintenance projects for cooperative corporations, condominium and homeowner associations, brings her consummate client relations skills in new business and providing superior customer service to take Barrett to the next level. An expert in underlying mortgages, Ms. Maher was responsible for financing over $50 million in senior co-op loans last year.
A veteran of major commercial banks including HSBC, M & T and Citibank, she is approaching 25 years’ experience in providing loan solutions covering commercial mortgages, business loans and lines of credit and residential mortgages.
Ms. Maher received her Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from Michigan State University.
