Alex I. Zonis, a Director in Barrett Capital’s Real Estate Group specializing in investment sales, is skilled at establishing deal flow for our clients that are not easily attained through traditional channels. He has over 10-years’ experience in commercial and hospitality real estate, providing leading edge solutions and financial services. Mr. Zonis maintains direct relationships with a variety of real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity investors, and other real estate owners, developers and management companies.
A seasoned veteran of the financial services and technology industries, he has developed a portfolio of off-market real estate properties available to discerning buyers. The real estate assets include hospitality, commercial, and large residential properties in New York and other US gateway cities. Additionally, Mr. Zonis has access to large development projects that are both in pre-build and in-progress stages.
Mr. Zonis graduated first in his class from Syracuse University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
